Seabrook Foundation Donations: People Helping People

Founded in 1974 as a labor of love, Seabrook® has saved, affirmed and helped repair and extend the lives of hundreds of men and women seeking help for substance abuse. Here, you will find more than a home. You’ll discover the “heart of recovery,” where clients and families receive disease education, deep clinical and experiential expertise, and guidance that restores health and renews the soul.

Your contribution to the Seabrook Foundation has a transformational impact on clients and families participating in our NJ rehab programs. Depending on your preference, your gift may be designated for use in a specific program or applied where the need is greatest. “Restricted” gifts will be used solely for the program you choose, while unrestricted gifts allow Seabrook and its visionary board of directors to determine the best way to respond to ever-changing needs of our clients, families and community.

Seabrook Patient Care Fund

The Family Matrix Program is a three-day workshop for family members age 13 and older. Program costs are $225 per person, and registration must be paid in advance to reserve a spot.

Our NJ & PA rehab’s Patient Care Fund was founded during the fall of 2001. It is designed to help clients committed to the full standard of recovery, which consists of a minimum 28-day stay. Many insurance carriers cover addiction treatment, but they may authorize less than 25% of the necessary recovery time. To assist clients in meeting their recovery goals, the Seabrook Foundation partners with families to meet the standards of addiction treatment.

Based on specific criteria, over 350 qualifying patients have received over $2 million in supplemental funds from the Seabrook Foundation. These funds help to ensure that our clients receive the exceptional addiction treatment services they deserve—and for which Seabrook’s NJ & PA treatment program is known.

Wholly committed to helping families recover from the devastation of addiction, this is more than a job for us. It’s our opportunity to deliver successful recovery outcomes and provide life-giving affirmation to every individual who walks through our door. Click here to make a donation to the Patient Care Fund.
