JOB SUMMARY
To assist residents and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit through the coordination of exceptional addiction treatment. The twelve step principles of recovery will be modeled and utilized as the foundation of recovery. Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Assistant Director of Clinical Services organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the clinical team ensuring that goals and objectives of the program are met. Provides assistance to the Director of Clinical Services for all clinical services that include Detox/Residential, Outpatient.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a Masters Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. At least three years of work experience in an addiction organization providing self-help service to a 12-step population seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Two years work experience as a supervisor is preferred. A LCADC must be obtained within the time frame specified at the time of hire
