The twelve step principles of recovery will be modeled and utilized as the foundation of recovery. All major duties and responsibilities of this position will be performed in accordance with current Federal, State and CARF standards, as well as Seabrook established policies and procedures. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Recovery Coach Manager organizes, implements, evaluates and directs the team of Recovery Coaches ensuring that goals and objectives of the program are met. Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel and maintain a high level of confidentially. Work flexible hours as needed. Must be available to be on call as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Recovery Coach supervision to include daily supervision, leading team meetings, performance reviews
- Active role in the hiring and termination process
- Scheduling of staff ensuring appropriate coverage
- Working with Seabrook patients
- Attending department manager meetings as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Must possess a High School Diploma, with a College Degree preferred and at least five years of work experience in an addiction organization providing self-help service to a 12 step population seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Two years work experience as a supervisor is preferred.
