Full-time Primary Clinical Therapist and Part-time Weekend Therapist(s) – Bridgeton campus
Responsibilities include performing assessments, diagnostic evaluations, individual counseling, lectures, crisis intervention, group counseling and other evidence-based therapies to assist and provide support to patients during early stages of recovery while in primary residential treatment. Candidates must have a clinical license such LCADC or CADC and possess at least two years of experience as a clinician in an organization providing services to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Masters degree strongly preferred (MSW, MFT, MA in a related field). Candidates having a working knowledge of electronic medical record documentation a plus. Experience in 12 Step Programs preferred.
This program is held every weekend at the Bridgeton, NJ campus. The work schedule will include Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This position also provides family services to the SHARE offices located throughout NJ. The purpose of this position is to assist patients and their families the coordination of exceptional addiction treatment. The twelve step principles of recovery will be modeled and utilized as the foundation of family recovery. The Family Services Therapist will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and facilitate family treatment; participate in the development of policies and procedures regarding family services; perform or supervise family evaluation, family counseling, family groups, and/or family education groups; family communication including post-treatment follow up. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or a related field. A LCADC, LPC, LCSW or LMFT is preferred. Required experience includes two years working with chemical dependency family systems and knowledge of strength based family systems therapy.
Staff Psychiatrist (PRN, PT or FT) – Bridgeton campus
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PRN. PT or FT) – Bridgeton campus
Responsibilities include patient medical history & physicals, psych consults, lectures, and assisting patients and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit modeling the 12 Steps of Recovery in accordance with organizational, Federal, State, CARF and ASAM standards. Must possess current CDS and DEA license.
Provides internal support for Seabrook’s end users, as well as, perform phases of installing, supporting and monitoring hardware, software and peripheral equipment. The position helps manage/implement any installation and maintenance of desktops/laptops, as well as the training of end users on operating equipment and software. The position requires the ability to communicate all technical issues with Director of IT and effectively communicate to all levels of personnel within the organization. Position should also assist in research and development of any programs, hardware, and/or software that is beneficial to the organization. Qualifications include: 1 year experience working in an IT environment, Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10, Experience with Microsoft Office 2010/13/16, Experience with Active Directory, Willing to travel to our satellite offices when needed.
Registered Nurse – Full Time and Per Diem
RNs will work with our patients from time of admissions to discharge. Responsibilities include taking routine vital signs, history of medical complaints; integrates nursing and health care; has knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective nursing care; phlebotomy; assists the physician in the medical examination of the patient and handles any medical problems and/or emergencies according to procedure. Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge of nursing skills, medication administration, policy and procedures and standards. Two years of employment in a RN capacity is preferred. Candidates must have valid NJ RN license and CPR certification. Must maintain confidentiality of all patient information and have the ability to make decisions, set boundaries with patients and follow facility’s rules with patients.
