Prosecutors in New Jersey look to Legalize Marijuana

To date, 20 states including the District of Columbia have enacted laws to allow people to use medical marijuana with a doctor’s recommendation. The New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutors Association in Hamilton has come out in favor of legalizing the possession of marijuana. Among many reasons stated, it would bring in tax revenue.
